OUR ETHOS, VISION & VALUES
At Holy Trinity, we are proud to be a welcoming, ambitious and inclusive Church of England junior school where every child is known, valued and encouraged to flourish.
Our Christian ethos is at the heart of school life. We believe that every child is unique, has gifts and talents to share, and deserves the opportunity to achieve their very best. Working in partnership with parents, governors, our church and the wider community, we strive to provide an inspiring and nurturing environment where children feel happy, safe, valued and ready to learn.
We see ourselves as a learning community and a loving family, where everyone is treated with dignity, kindness and respect. We nurture the whole child – academically, spiritually, morally, socially, emotionally and physically – helping children to develop not only the knowledge and skills they need to succeed, but also the confidence, character and compassion to make a positive difference in the world.
As a Church of England school, our Christian values underpin the way we live and learn together. We encourage children to develop a respect for themselves and others, to understand and appreciate different faiths, beliefs and ways of life, and to consider how their choices and actions can positively impact those around them.
Our strong links with All Saints Church, Marlow, alongside our relationships with parents and the wider community, enrich the experiences we provide for our pupils and strengthen our sense of belonging.
‘A loving family where we encourage each other to flourish'
At Holy Trinity we treat everyone within our community with love, encouraging pupils, staff and visitors to flourish academically, emotionally, socially and spiritually.
Our vision is underpinned by Jesus’ mustard seed parable- from the smallest seeds grow the greatest shrubs (Matthew 13:31-32)
The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed, which a man took and planted in his field. Though it is the smallest of all your seeds, yet when it grows, it is the largest of garden plants and becomes a tree, so that the birds of the air come and perch in its branches.

Our termly values and bible stories are:

What does it mean to be a Church of England (C.E.) school?
Holy Trinity is a Voluntary Aided (VA) Church of England School. A voluntary aided school is a state-funded school in which a foundation or trust (usually a Christian denomination) has substantial influence in the running of the school.
Our School Prayer
This was written by our school messengers
This is our school,
Help us to be a community where we love one another as a family,
Let us care for and encourage each other,
Let integrity and empathy stem from our hearts,
In all situations, help us to demonstrate resilience and bravery
whilst finding the hope that comes from you.
Nourish us to grow and flourish like mustard seeds
– starting small but soon being able to move mountains.
Amen
SPIRITUALITY
At Holy Trinity CE we believe children live up to their potential if they are happy, have fun, feel nurtured and grow from a foundation of strong Christian Values. We value spirituality and the holistic development of the child.
